How to Measure Yourself — Women's Wear
Stand straight. Use a soft measuring tape held snug but not tight. Measure over thin clothing or undergarments for the most accurate result.

Wrap tape around the fullest part of your chest, parallel to the floor. Breathe normally — do not hold your breath.

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, roughly 1 inch above your belly button.

Choli fit tip: If you have a fuller bust or are between sizes, go one size up. A choli that is too tight cannot be let out. Extra fabric can always be taken in.
3B — Lehenga Skirt Size Chart
Select your size by hip measurement. The waist is adjustable (drawstring or hook-and-eye). Skirt length is measured from waistband to hem — a standard floor-length lehenga is 107–110 cm for a 5'4" reference height.

7. How to Measure Yourself — Men's Wear
Stand straight, arms relaxed at your sides. Use a soft measuring tape held snug but not tight, over a light t-shirt for best accuracy.

Wrap tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Shoulder
Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder bone to the other.

Sleeve Length
From the shoulder edge, down the outside of the arm, to the wrist bone — arm relaxed and slightly bent.

Garment Length
From the highest point of the shoulder (collar seam) straight down to where you want the hem to fall.

Waist (Pajama/Bottom)
Measure around your natural waistline where you normally wear your pants — most of our pajama bottoms have a drawstring for adjustment.

Bandhgala fit tip: The mandarin collar sits close to the neck — if your neck/shoulder measurement is borderline, size up. A tight collar cannot be let out post-stitching.
